Ray Fournier and Computer HELP Inc.: Ray founded CHI in 1999, and remains dedicated to ensuring our customer's receive the highest quality service. Tireless in his drive to move the company forward, Ray is not just the president, but also a tech, and our lead salesman.
As our customer's needs evolved, so have we.
In 2001, CHI became more involved in Networking, as Networking in the home and small office was becoming more widespread. By the mere fact that our list of customers was growing steadily, we were advising more home owners and small businesses. With the growth, things began to evolve, and Ray's brother, Maurice Fournier (Moe, as he likes to be called) was brought in for his accounting and financial expertise, while Ray's wife Judy worked quietly behind the scenes, keeping the operation running smoothly.
In 2004, CHI entered a new phase in it's ever expanding range of products and services. Partnering with Axis Communications, and Brendan Daly of Eye P Video, we moved into providing CCTV and Network based security camera solutions.
All the hardware that we sell has been a learning experience that we pass on to our customers. We have partnered with Hardware Vendors and with Local Businesses screening those that will provide years of productivity for our customers. Computer HELP Inc., is a local company providing direct services to local businesses and home owners, In order to be more cost effective, and to better serve the customers the travel service area is limited to a 75-mile radius of the Lewiston & Auburn, Maine area.

Tom Hamlin
Is very dedicated to his profession. Also with many years of experience and his thirst for more knowledge in his field. Tom is constantly researching and studying about new or better ways to accomplish his tasks. We are forever being challenged by new hardware and software being released on an almost daily basis. Not to be outdone by spammers and people who write virus code.
Nancy Fournier
Nancy is one of the owners. She is in the background mostly but her talents are in sales. Nancy is very good with people. She knows how to listen and that's a key factor in sales. She is always working on developing new approaches for us in the office and for our customers. Nancy has brought in many new customers and continually strives to make this a better work place.
Maurice Fournier
Moe is the heart to the operation. He's the one that has the accounting skills. He pays the bills and does the payroll. He is another one that is in the background. Not many people get to see or talk to Moe but we all know that he is there. His many years of experiences have been a wealth of knowledge to this company and without him we would be still doing things the hard way.
Judy Fournier
Judy is an owner also and is the one that helped to get us on the map. She has the accounting skills that was needed on a day to day basis to keep very efficient records. So many transactions on a daily basis that needed to be done or no computer work would have been accomplished. No sales could have been done or any research could have been done on our customers behalf.
Ray Fournier
Ray is the founder and president of CHI. Ray's love for computers and all things digital is the reason why we are here. It's been 10 years since we incorporated and we have moved forward every step of the way. We are in our third year in our new facility and we really needed the space. In this new year of 2009 we have expanded our services again. We are hoping to add more technicians this year and this is all possible by our new ALLIO product line. It's also a way to reward and relax ourselves and our customers. We are excited about our new adventure and we hope that our new and old customers are also.
